This notice invites all parties claiming debts or other rights from Byr Savings Bank, Iceland, to submit their claims in writing to the Winding-up Committee of the Bank by 13 October 2010. A creditors’ meeting will be held on 17 November 2010 in Reykjavik. Any party who has filed a claim against the bank is entitled to attend the meeting. Further information on the filing and handling of claims will be made available on the website of Byr Savings Bank. | |
