Justis Publishing Ltd signs content agreement to index Australian Commonwealth Cases in JustCite
Legal electronic publisher Justis Publishing Ltd1 has signed an agreement with TimeBase Pty Ltd2 to index Australian Commonwealth Cases on their legal reference citator service, JustCite.
This agreement sees the addition of a comprehensive collection of over 20,000 full-text judgments from the Australian High Court, Australian Federal Court and Australian Federal Magistrates Courts to the JustCite Service, with coverage from 1901 to the present.
JustCite will link to the full text on the TimeBase portal.
Leonie Muldoon CEO of TimeBase had this to say, “The relationship with Justis is being strengthened further by the addition of TimeBase’s Australian Commonwealth Cases to JustCite. The content will allow all JustCite subscribers to move seamlessly between UK and Australian Federal decisions, enhancing both Australian and UK subscribers’ research reach in a unique and valuable manner.”
