JustCite news
JustCite’s European expansion
JustCite now indexes, cross-references and links to Caselex, the award-winning database that finds EU law-related precedents from 2000 onwards.
In parallel, Caselex has increased its subject specialization coverage with the recent addition of cases in information and communications technology and media law, freedom of movement law and environmental law; while simultaneously launching Supreme Court cases from Latvia; all of which will be indexed by the nifty citator.
This brings the total case coverage on Caselex to 10 areas of law and 23 countries; the other areas in which it currently holds cases being company law, competition law, consumer protection law, employment law, intellectual property law and social security law.
For access to its full-text reports, Caselex is distributed exclusively through Justis in the UK and Ireland. Available as a stand-alone subscription, it is also discounted as a part of the Justis EU package.
