JustCite in Your Witness magazine again, along with Justis
19th September 2008
Following May’s debut appearance, we’ve again written for Your Witness magazine and appear in the autumn issue. Focusing on the ICLR’s annual lecture, we show how JustCite and Justis so well tie-in with some of the points identified by the speaker. In his incisive address, Lord Justice Buxton, an exceptionally erudite High Court judge, used the case of Hedley Byrne v Heller & Partners to illustrate some of the pitfalls of the evolution of the common law; pitfalls that we, of course, believe can be mitigated by our products!
