If that does not locate the JustCite cookies, then please try the following procedure: When used with Windows Vista, the Internet Explorer 7 browser may not allow you to see the cookies for JustCite using its built-in cookie management, and so you have to use a much lengthier process to see and delete them. Make sure that you are not signed in to JustCite before you start this procedure. The cookies for JustCite are stored in a folder that is not normally visible, and so the first stage is to make the folder visible. This will also make many other files and folders visible, including some on your desktop.
Now that the folder is visible, the next stage is to navigate to that folder.
The final stage is to make the special folders and files invisible again.
If you sign in via Athens, then you should also check for cookies that include “athensams.net”, and delete any that you find. After deleting all of the www.justcite.com (and Athens) cookies, you should be able to sign in and use JustCite as usual.
