Support for JustCite

We provide a range of JustCite support services aimed at helping you get the most from your subscription. We will help you find the information you need as quickly and easily as possible.

The JustCite Help Desk

While JustCite is easy to use, we are here to help you whenever necessary.

The Help Desk can assist you with all of your technical and data-related queries on the telephone or via email, whether you need help with a networking problem or just can’t find the document you are looking for. We also have an Online Tutorial, and a Quick Guide available for download and in hard copy. New users often get in touch for advice on putting together their first search queries. There is no charge for Help Desk support, nor for any documentation we provide.

The Help Desk may be contacted on +44 (0)20 7284 8100 during normal UK office hours (9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday), or via email at any time.

Training

JustCite is exceptionally intuitive. But, as with all versatile tools, there’s a learning curve. To fast-track your ascent, we have a dedicated trainer, whose expert tuition could benefit you or members of your organisation immeasurably. Training can be tailored for new and established users alike, and is available at your offices or at ours in London. To arrange a session, please contact David Finch directly on +44 (0)20 7284 8117 or email david.finch@justis.com.

Online documentation

In addition to a comprehensive online Help system, we provide a range of other useful online documentation to help you get the most out of JustCite. These resources include:

The Justis Publishing Legal Research e-Bulletin

We’ll keep you up-to-date with any new developments in our services as well as hints and tips for using JustCite by means of the Justis Publishing Legal Research e-Bulletin. To subscribe to the e-bulletin, simply send us an email with the words “Subscribe Legal Research e-Bulletin” in the subject line and enter your name, email address, organisation and postal address in the body of the message.
